What energies do you feel in the heart region? It is when you feel inflated with joy and love that you feel the existence of this centre best. And the usual word “bloated” indicates what is actually happening energetically when this center is operating normally. It allows openness to life, gratitude, compassion.

Consciousness:

The heart chakra is the center of the chakra system because it makes the junction between the three chakras located below and which are mostly concerned with the instinctive nature (lower psycho-emotional center), and the three above that are relate to a higher state of consciousness (higher mental-spiritual center). It is located in the center of the chest at the heart level.

This is the center of noble sentiments. The Chakra of the heart, purified, and totally Open is a center of true and unconditional love, a love that exists only for itself, a love that one can neither possess nor lose.
Perceptions of love, relationships (connecting) with people close to her heart, partners, siblings, parents, children. The problems with breathing, lungs and airways, indicate a tension in the heart Chakra.
But this love that will tend towards “universal love” must begin with the love of ourselves, we love ourselves, accept us as we are.
When we suffer from pain or disease, we can greatly accelerate healing by sending love to the sick organ, because we have a vast potential for transformation and healing-for ourselves and for others-but this Love must come from the deepest of our being, and we must accept it (and accept us) likewise.
