Yesterday, on January 21, 2019, I was fascinated to see this human marring that took part in the possession, for the feast of Our Lady of Altagracia, and the following questions came to my mind: what are people looking for?
The answer obviously is:
GOD
Where can He be found?
People need fresh information, another current of thought allowing them to get out of the rut of the folk in which they are taken, in order to apply themselves at recognizing the serious side of their endeavor in worshipping.
Here is where Sant Mat with a real master could play an important role.

The correct approach I believe to be adopted is; to make it clear to all, that whatever the know or understood was very good because they survived with it, but, that together, we could explore another path.
Otherwise, we will serve milk and honey in a dirty cup.
To begins by explaining how the rituals are not dynamic enough and could create habits that prevent further progress in the quest for salvation truthfully. That these habits can and should be transcended if one earnestly wants to return to the Creator .
The truth is not in these rituals and the scriptures that accompany them, but they who only speak of it,
At that point, they should know how to do that and what it entails as far as responsibilities to them. Since it will require breaking the old habits in which people are sincerely indulged in. And, in order to break with all the folklore and really be in self-control of another more genuine support than this blind belief or invaluable crutch.
Only then, the realization of the need for a true living Spiritual Guide, a Good Shepherd of our time would prove necessary.
One could introduce the living Master, and without any abruptness whatsoever, exposes the principle of Sant Mat. Knowing that it would appear difficult at first glance and even confusing .
Here is where the input of the Satsanguis become important, as they would be help as living example to show that it is not complicated and the merits and the worthiness a such a spiritual path.
All this, supporting by the Bible that has everything it takes to prop up all the thesis that have often serve as a barrier and serve as excuse to many a sincere seekers who need to know in what they are embarking themselves in order to have complete confidence as they would prefer to continue to hang on their old crutch and stay in the well if the help offered is not clearly expressed and stand the test.
This, to avoid any distortion of the new teachings which of course appear a little bit restrictive, man being refractory to change, it would be useful to rely on the explanations brought by the Masters on the scriptures already known by this people that had been forced to their mind and had left deep imprints in them. To ask them to challenge that mind by using their discriminating mind to make a difference would be very difficult.
Demonstrate the true and false without going into vein discussions requires genuine love which only the Master can bestow.,
The atmosphere must be cordial and open-minded so that understanding can be settled in complete freedom and confidence.
One must also take into consideration that in addressing oneself with people who have been flouted and who will show caution especially when offered a simple alternative, it will not be easy to convince them that this path is not intended to mislead them more than they are already. But, that thanks to the accompaniment of a living Master who will ask them to understand well before committing themselves would be ideal.
